* Broccoli
Contains rich minerals such as beta carotene, which is good for your skin.
*Tomatoes

The most delicious food in the world, chocolate, has been wrongfully accused for causing acne. several causes that grow acne are overactive oil glands, dead skin cells that lodge in skin pores, heredity, and hormonal imbalance.
You would be happy to hear that chocolate ironically could help to assist in acne control, why? Recent scientific studies have found that chocolate stimulate the production of serotonin in the brain, which establishes a calming effect and stability.
